We completed a comprehensive scope of demolition and groundworks at this Cronulla property. Works included removal of an existing pond with backfilling, site preparation and leveling for a new concrete slab and stairs, and removal of side pavers. Front and backyard tiles were stripped, one row of the existing retaining wall was demolished, and the ground was prepared for a slab extension. All works were carried out efficiently to provide a stable foundation for the next stage of construction.
